Overview

Product Managers at Seismic drive product vision and are responsible for the success of the product through all phases of the development process. Starting with the initial concept and nurturing it all the way through research & discovery, production, deployment, and maintenance, the Product Manager ensures that our new features and capabilities solve our customers’ biggest problems. Successful candidates have three main traits - product sense, leadership, and the ability to get things done. 

 

At Seismic, we empower customer-facing teams with intelligent automation, predictive insights, and personalized content—enabling them to engage clients effectively and accelerate business growth. As a Product Manager on the Content Automation team, you will lead the roadmap and development of our content personalization product suite, one of our most differentiated offerings. You’ll drive the AI strategy for delivering personalized content at scale while ensuring that the content generated meets compliance standards. In close collaboration with design, you will raise the bar for user experience, while partnering with engineering to build solutions that are robust, scalable, and adaptable to evolving customer requirements.

 

*This role will occasionally collaborate with a global team based in China

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with your team to develop innovative SaaS solutions that surpass traditional web applications in addressing user needs. 
  • Define APIs, events, UIs, and AI agentic workflows to create user journeys that align with customer needs. 
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our customers' and prospects' issues and provide solutions that promote growth and enhance customer retention. 
  • Present your initiative recommendations and trade-offs to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build business cases on how we should invest for the future.   
  • Develop product roadmaps by integrating insights from customers, cross-functional stakeholders, market analysis, and competitive research. 
  • Create specifications, define scopes, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide new features for customers. 
  • Identify and evaluate metrics to guide decisions and assess product success. 
  • Assist in go-to-market efforts with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure launch readiness and boost adoption.

What you bring to the team:

  • 2+ years track record in product management shipping successful B2B SaaS products 
  • Experience owning products end-to-end from ideation to delivery and beyond 
  • Strong intuition for user experience and solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 
  • Knowledge about the latest advancements in technology and artificial intelligence to enhance your performance as a product manager and integrate these innovations into the products you develop. 
  • You understand technical and design trade-offs and can work with your team to find creative solutions that strike the right balance between speed and quality. 
  • Strategic, analytical, detail-oriented, results-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills. 
  • Able to communicate product value effectively to internal teams, customers, and leadership. 
  • Ability to influence and inspire stakeholders through cooperation, vision, and clear communication. 
  • Driven self-starter skilled at creating clear plans from uncertainty.
